Set priorities and learn to say no. It’s not your job to do everything for everybody. You need to prioritize yourself and the things that bring you peace. Cut out the things that stress you out and embrace the activities that bring you joy.

Over eat and have a hard time sticking to your diet? Put together a plan and bring snacks. You’re not obligated to eat with everybody else cooks.
Whatever your vices make a plan and execute it by making small decisions towards her goal every single day.
