Let’s explore some things you can do, starting RIGHT NOW, to help manage your stress.

  • Join an online meditation group.
  • Start your morning with a light exercise routine or yoga.
  • Find a hobby that you enjoy from the comfort of your home (scrapbooking, reading, puzzles)
  • Write out a list of the things you’ve wanted to do, but didn’t have time for. Start on them!
