2020 was supposed to be the year of YOU which quickly shifted into a new normal that nobody saw coming. Adjustments had to be made ranging from grocery shopping all the way up to our social gatherings. Every part of your life was affected, but you were never alone throughout it all. The World changed together.

As we look forward to 2021, it’s an important time to reflect over the past year and the upcoming year. Normally, this is a time of gathering with friends and family face-to-face and creating New Year’s resolutions. Tony Robbins said, “When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.” Take the time to reflect over 2020 and what went right. Write it out. Create a journal of reflecting on the positive to always refer back to.

Make gratitude a daily practice and take it into the new year as one of your New Year’s resolutions. While COVID-19 isn’t going to disappear when the clock strikes midnight on December 31, 2020 – we can be grateful for all that we have accomplished this year. Every win, no matter how small, is a HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT.
